The renewal options available are:
- 9 to 12 months if the lease start date is between October to March, for a maximum of a 5 year period.
- 6 to 12 months if the lease start date is between April to September, for a maximum of a 5 year period.
- Month-to-month, subject to an additional monthly rental premium. Not to exceed the maximum period of five years.
The renewal process is initiated 60 days from the lease expiration date. Renewal options are offered at such time.
