Rental Rates

Monthly rental rates range from the mid-$1,000s to the mid-$9,000s, depending on the property characteristics, such as condition, location, floor plan, amenities, etc.

Single Family:

  • 1 Bedroom rates starting at $3,280
  • 2 Bedroom rates from $3,520 to $5,250
  • 3 Bedroom rates from $4,000 to $6,800
  • 4 Bedroom rates from $5,600 to $9,995
  • 5 Bedroom rates from $6,500 to $8,000

Multi Family:  

  • 1 Bedroom rates from $2,480 to $2,800
  • 2 Bedroom rates from $3,000 to $3,900
  • 3 Bedroom rates starting at $4,200

 

Rental Rate Eligibility

Non-Stanford rental rates may also apply to those renters who are ineligible for the Stanford rate. In order to maintain occupancy at the Stanford Affiliate Rate, the original eligible Stanford person must occupy the apartment as their principal place of residence. If the Stanford affiliate is in contract to purchase a home or owns a home within the Qualifying Area or one using Stanford’s programs, the affiliate will be subject to paying a non-Stanford rental rate. All rental rates are subject to change. A monthly premium applies to new leases and renewals with a duration of less than six months.
