A full-service real estate brokerage, Robinson and Company also handles commercial and investment properties, and has a widely respected rental and property management department. Leonard Robinson, the firm’s founder and president, is a San Francisco native and lifelong local, having graduated from Stanford with distinction in 1968. He holds the national real estate designations of CCIM (Commercial-Investment Broker) and CPM (Certified Property Manager).

The firm is a specialist and area leader in property management services and handles over 200 units, ranging from retail and commercial spaces to luxury homes and apartments. As property manager for Stanford University's Faculty Staff Housing inventory of single-family residences and condominiums since 1992, Robinson and Company concentrates on the rental needs of faculty and high-level staff, both on campus and off. The company strives to remove as much stress as possible from a generally stressful housing market environment.

The property management department consists of Kim Strane, a 15-year veteran and lead property manager for Stanford and Amy Swanson, who is also dedicated exclusively to Stanford.  Gerry Norris is the Property Manager for the other Robinson and Company Accounts. They are backed up by Luz Leal, the company's administrative assistant, who mans the store while the managers are out managing.  Len Robinson, our founder, is personally involved in every property being managed.
