Rental Rates

Monthly rental rates range from the mid-$1,000s to the mid-$9,000s, depending on the property characteristics, such as condition, location, floor plan, amenities, etc. In order to qualify, the Stanford affiliate must occupy the apartment as his/her principal place of residence and maintain Stanford eligibility at all times. A premium of $200 per month applies to new leases and renewals with a duration of less than 6 to 9 months. New leases at Stanford Rental Homes are currently only offered to 1A thru 2B priorities.

Single Family:

1 Bedroom rates starting at $3,280
2 Bedroom rates from $3,520 to $5,250
3 Bedroom rates from $4,000 to $6,800
4 Bedroom rates from $5,600 to $9,995
5 Bedroom rates from $6,500 to $8,000

Multi Family:

1 Bedroom rates from $2,480 to $2,800
2 Bedroom rates from $3,000 to $3,900
3 Bedroom rates starting at $4,200

Lease Renewals

At least a month before your lease is set to expire, you will receive a renewal letter in the mail. It will contain your new rental rate and an information form that needs to be completely filled out. You will also need to provide a copy of current renter's insurance.
