Lease Renewals

In order to renew a lease, you must continue to be housing-eligible, and must not have exceeded the maximum rental benefit period of five years.

The renewal options available are:

• Lease options will range from Month-to-month to 12 months.
• Month-to-month leases come with an additional $200 monthly premium. The minimum month-to-month lease option is 30 days.
• All leases are not to exceed the maximum period of 5 years.

The renewal process is initiated 60 days from the lease expiration date. Renewal options are offered at such time.

Thinking of Transferring?

Residents may be eligible to transfer to another home of a larger size.  A 30-day notice is required and the lease term for the new home must be a minimum of twelve (12) months.  Residents requesting to transfer homes must submit a Request for Internal Transfer form. All homes have a maximum 5-year limit regardless of affiliation at the end of the 5 years. Thinking of Moving?

Relocating? Be sure to print out and complete the 30 Day Notice to Vacate Form at least 30 days prior to your move-out and return it to the Leasing Office. You will receive an Acknowledgement of Notice via mail. Check out our FAQ page for helpful information on moving.
