Dear Residents,

We will be closed on Monday, May 26th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Operations will resume on Tuesday, May 27th from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Please note the following:

• For maintenance emergencies such as water leaks, clogged toilets, or issues with smoke detectors, please contact the on-call maintenance line at 650-387-5992.
• The quiet hours are daily, from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. To report any noise disturbances or property related concerns, please call for immediate assistance at 650-387-5992.
• Lockouts are not considered an emergency. Should you experience a lockout, please contact a professional locksmith for immediate assistance.

For general inquiries, please email the Stanford Rental Homes Team and a member of our team will follow up upon our return on Tuesday, May 27th.
